Lacasa direct delivery

The local express service (SF Express) is used for transportation on this website. Customers can choose:

1. Delivery to Hong Kong residential/business address

2. Pick up at each district SF Station / SF Center

【Delivery Scope】

‧ Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands below

Lantau Island (Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disney / Mui Wo / Pui O / Changsha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O)

‧ Non-delivery areas: Outlying islands (except Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and Lamma Island)

Once the order is confirmed and the payment is successfully made, the goods will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after the payment is successful, except for public holiday.

If the following conditions are encountered, the delivery time will be postponed:

‧The recipient's information is incomplete, the recipient's address is changed, or the recipient cannot receive the goods

‧In case of bad weather, the delivery service time will be delayed, or another arrangement may be made

‧Pre-ordered products, special products (will be indicated on the product page)

If the first delivery fails, the logistics company will contact the customer to make another arrangement, and the customer will have to pay additional fees calculated successively for subsequent deliveries. If the delivery fails, the customer will receive an email or SMS to notify the arrangement.

With a single purchase of HK$600 or more at Lacasa, you can enjoy free delivery service.

If a single purchase is less than HK$600, the shipping fee will be charged according to the following different delivery methods:

‧ Pick up at SF Station / SF Center, and charge a flat rate of HK$60 for shipping, or;

‧ Delivered to Hong Kong residential / business address, and a flat fee of HK$60 will be charged

*The delivery service is only applicable to a single delivery location.

*Except for remote areas in Hong Kong and outlying islands, an additional surcharge of HK$20 will be charged by the transportation company. The additional surcharge is charged directly by the transportation company to the customer by the "freight collect" method.

*Except for China, Macau, Taiwan and other overseas regions.

Designated locations

Customers can arrange delivery at designated locations with Lacasa, only including locations along the subway and Lacasa designated locations. If Lasaca fails to meet the designated location due to various issues, it will be transferred to the store for self-collection. Lasaca has the final right to decide the place of settlement.

Pick up from Lacasa store

At the time of payment, customers can choose to pick up the goods within three to thirty days from the order confirmation.

Customers usually arrange to pick up the goods at the designated store within 3 days after receiving the notification from the date of picking the goods.

If you fail to pick up the goods within 30 days, Lacasa will charge a storage fee of $10 per kg per day (less than 1kg is calculated as 1kg)
